Dimore Radici
We’re Francesco and Nicola Rossi,
and we were born and raised in Savigno a small town nestled in the foothills of the Bologna Apennines.
We love to take on buildings that have fallen into oblivion and make them available to anyone wishing to inhabit them. We do this with the utmost care, to ensure that every aspect of architecture and furnishing coexists harmoniously in spaces that are imbued with memories and history. Our passion led us to Dimore Radici, a building dating back to the early 18th century in the historic centre of Savigno, just metres from the town’s main square. Inside there are 3 apartments: Cordiale, Gioioso and Caparbio.
The apartments are all recently restored, and feature fine artisan furnishings and artworks by local artists.

Our Apartments in the heart of the
Colli Bolognesi
The hills of Bologna are an open book on the region’s history. The medieval villages bear witness to the past and preserve artistic and architectural treasures of inestimable value.
As you stroll among their narrow streets, you have the feeling you’re travelling in time, stepping back through the centuries.
Yet this area is also a vibrant and dynamic place where tradition merges with the contemporary to create a fascinating and unique landscape.
